Dhikala Canter Safari in Jim Corbett National Park

The best place to see wildlife in its native habitat is most likely the Dhikala section of Corbett National Park. The centerpiece of this section of the park is the enormous expanse of grasslands known as the "Chairs". The Ramganga river's meandering path enhances the beauty of the surroundings and gives all species access to a vital source of water. The reservoir is a portion of the biggest artificial lake that supplies Kalagarh's hydroelectric project. In addition to a system of observation towers at the border of the forest that are reachable by 4 Wheel Drive Jeeps, Dhikala offers the chance to embark on an elephant ride for a chance to see wildlife. The Dhikala Forest Lodge's position, deep in the heart of the forest, makes up for its rudimentary accommodations, but these have been greatly upgraded. You may see wildlife from your room's verandah.Although they have been restored, Dhikala's accommodations are still quite simple by anyone's standards.

Welcome to Dhikala Canter Safari Booking to Corbett National Park.

Greetings and welcome to Corbett National Park with Dhikala Canter Safari Booking. Online reservations are available for Canter Safari in the Corbett National Park's Dhikala zone. The forest officers at Corbett oversee the Canter Safari Booking procedures in accordance with the rules set forth by the Indian Forest Department. Please be aware that we have no control over the safari driver, the naturalist guide, or the safari zone.

The forest officials make the final decision. Even so, there are plenty of tigers in each zone, and reports of wildlife sightings are generally consistent. The automatic computerized system oversees all of these factors to guarantee that safari vehicles are distributed equally throughout their designated zones. It is an extra need for visiting Dhikala, the lowest point in Corbett National Park. Here, the Canter Safari is run in two shifts by the park administration. The first one starts at sunrise at 0600 hours, while the second one starts at 1200 hours in the afternoon. Both require about five hours to really enjoy this canter adventure. This is the only option for guests staying outside of the park in any resort to explore Dhikala Forest if they were unable to acquire a reservation at any FRH inside the Dhikala zone.

When you are staying outside of the Corbett tiger reserve, the best method to experience the Dhikala jungle is with a Dhikala Canter safari. Gypsy tours are not allowed during the day in the Dhikala zone. However, there is a canter that leaves from Ramnagar in the morning and afternoon and can carry up to eighteen people into this location. Which canter went to Dhikala in the morning time it return to the base in afternoon, similarly afternoon canter comes back to the base in evening. These tours are authorized by the Corbett Tiger Reserve and are known as Ramganga guided tours. The best place to see wildlife in its native habitat is most likely the Dhikala section of Corbett National Park.
